What You'll Do

You Should Have

What You'll Do

• Design and build high-performance REST services in ASP.NET Core
• Model data, tune queries, and apply caching strategies
• Implement microservices and event-driven patterns

• Messaging: Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus

Key Responsibilities

• Design/develop RESTful APIs in C#/.NET 8 aligned to FHIR R4
• Deploy/manage FHIR services via Azure Health Data Services
• Configure APIM, Azure Functions, and Azure AD
• Implement SMART on FHIR and OAuth2 authentication

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years C#/.NET (including .NET 6/8)
• Hands-on FHIR R4 APIs; HL7 v2/v3 familiarity
• Azure APIM, Functions, Azure AD integration
• SMART on FHIR, OAuth2, healthcare data security
